Resource Network
Main Project Idea
- ‘BC Crime Prevention Association Resource Network’ is a provincial information networking and development project aimed at connecting individuals and organizations to crime prevention resources and knowledge. The Resource Network will also serve to ensure collaboration, enhance partnership and capacity building, reduce duplication, and further develop sustainability of crime prevention initiatives through resource development and alliances.
- This is a Provincial level project which is directly linked with the BCCPA Crime Prevention and Community Safety Library.
- The Resource Network will further build upon the strong foundation of service in place as a result of the BCCPA Crime Prevention and Community Safety Library project, by completing a provincial environmental scan of existing crime prevention needs and resources, linking and broadening networks for information sharing, and furthering the creation, development and promotion of specialized tools and resources for these networks.
