Although Operation Red Nose is a free service, we welcome client donations! 100% of the donations received remain with the local host organization to be used in support of youth programs.
BC Host Organizations:
Volunteering
If you are interested in volunteering for Operation Red Nose BC in 2008, please contact your local host organization or Dixie McLean, Provincial Administrator, at 604-291-9959 ext. 223 and we can provide you with the appropriate application form and instructions on how to obtain the necessary criminal record check.
We look forward to welcoming you aboard!
Becoming a Host Organization
A host organization is normally a non-profit, youth focused group that hosts the Operation Red Nose program in their community. The host organization is responsible for the administration of the program and its volunteer component with assistance from both the Provincial and National Operation Red Nose offices.
There are many benefits to becoming an Operation Red Nose host organization such as recognition from your community for reducing the number of impaired drivers on the roads, and receiving 100% of all client donations which are to be used in support of youth programs.
For more information please contact Dixie McLean, Provincial Administrator for the Operation Red Nose Program.
